📋 Description
• Support clients through GitLab’s official Service Partner program • Focus on the implementation, optimization, and support of GitLab’s DevOps platform • Configure and troubleshoot GitLab pipelines • Assist with the migration of CI/CD processes from other platforms • Support secure development workflows • Manage Users, Groups, and Projects • Build, deploy and manage Docker containers in a secure environment • Utilize Kubernetes for orchestration • Conduct user-training and help sessions for new features or implementations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related technical or functional discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience • A minimum of 1 year experience in architecting and deploying GitLab on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira Software, Confluence) and integration points with GitLab • GitLab certifications or equivalent demonstrable experience is preferred • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container hardening practices is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Excellent problem-solving skills, organization, and process implementation skills
