📋 Description

•At Ping Identity, we believe in making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, without compromise. •Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. •The Marketing Operations team is responsible for the overall campaign creation and execution in our marketing automation platform (Marketo). •In this role, you will primarily support the AMER Demand Gen team by creating, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns, while ensuring timeliness and accuracy. •You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and measurable marketing programs that contribute to our company goals and drive operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

•4+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology role (preferably in the Enterprise B2B tech) with experience in Marketo and Salesforce. •Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, email deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring and reporting. •Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to manage multiple priorities on tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. •Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and assess the success of marketing programs •Strong problem solving and issue-resolution skills with the ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration across the broader team •Passionate about processes, automation and information systems •Marketo Certified Expert
