📋 Description
• Oversee operational management and optimization of marketing initiatives • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing operations processes • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics • Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with finance • Ensure smooth lead handoff between marketing and sales • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline • 6 years’ experience in a related field • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) • Proficiency in data analysis tools (PowerBI) • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis across multiple teams or departments • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and social media
