📋 Description

• Join Our Journey at Engine: At Engine, we’re revolutionizing work travel. • Develop and manage Asana boards and timelines, oversee project milestones, and implement risk mitigation strategies to drive marketing success. • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound marketing requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between teams. • Analyze and refine marketing workflows, working closely with leadership to implement continuous improvements. • Facilitate daily team standups, project meetings, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. • Manage digital asset systems, coordinate with vendors, and provide administrative and creative assistance to drive campaign success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years in marketing operations or project management with a track record of delivering successful projects. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Monday.com. • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus. • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, delivering clear updates and ensuring alignment across teams. • Strong attention to detail with a passion for optimizing processes and workflows.
