Description

• Provide subject matter technical expertise on areas of security, privacy and regulatory compliance to support Ping Identity's interactions with customers while promoting assurance of contractual terms Ping Identity's security and privacy program. • Review security terms in customer contracts and support Legal and Sales with customer-facing discussions. • Provide input to the company risk management process activities and related documentation. • Manage customer negotiations, including customer discussions and working with internal cross-functional teams to prepare. • Work with cross-functional teams and control owners to determine compliance with regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience negotiating security terms in contracts. • Experience working with security controls and compliance programs • Experience analysing common regulations that impact security programs and contracts to determine applicability, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, APRA, and EBA Guidelines. Familiarity with industry standard guidelines and frameworks, including OWASP, SANS, CVSS scoring, PCI, and NIST 800-53. • Understanding of security controls at the systems, network, and application level and how to apply with cloud-based services. • Experience applying risk management principles to security organisations.
