β€’ The Associate Continuing Education Producer contributes to the continuing education content development process by using technology to design and support engaging live and on-demand online learning experiences. β€’ Webinar production skills are critical to this role and Zoom experience is a must. β€’ Will work collaboratively with external subject matter experts, content division team, and continuing education administration team to produce quality, relevant continuing education content for our members. β€’ Full-time W2 position, work core U.S. business hours in your time zone. β€’ Ability to fulfill the job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations. β€’ Work from your home office. β€’ Company-provided MacBook, internet stipend, etc. β€’ Reports to the Director of Educational Technology. β€’ Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us. β€’ Travel is required for an all-company meeting and may be required occasionally for team or project meetings.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, education, or related field; or 3 years of relevant experience in webinar production β€’ Proficiency with Zoom Webinar and Zoom Events production β€’ Solid written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with team members β€’ A foundation of knowledge and 2 years of experience in online learning practices and technology to provide support and direction within the online classroom, ensuring learning efficiencies β€’ Excellent PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat skills β€’ Proficiency with Mac, PC, and the Google products suite β€’ Experience with video editing software (i.e., Adobe Premiere) β€’ Experience with digital accessibility (i.e., WCAG 2.0 media guidelines) β€’ Sound technical skills, including the ability to demonstrate problem-solving expertise in the online classroom β€’ Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment with high levels of attention to detail
