📋 Description

• The Associate Continuing Education Producer contributes to the continuing education content development process by using technology to design and support engaging live and on-demand online learning experiences. • Webinar production skills are critical to this role and Zoom experience is a must. • Will work collaboratively with external subject matter experts, content division team, and continuing education administration team to produce quality, relevant continuing education content for our members. • Full-time W2 position, work core U.S. business hours in your time zone. • Ability to fulfill the job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations. • Work from your home office. • Company-provided MacBook, internet stipend, etc. • Reports to the Director of Educational Technology. • Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us. • Travel is required for an all-company meeting and may be required occasionally for team or project meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, education, or related field; or 3 years of relevant experience in webinar production • Proficiency with Zoom Webinar and Zoom Events production • Solid written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with team members • A foundation of knowledge and 2 years of experience in online learning practices and technology to provide support and direction within the online classroom, ensuring learning efficiencies • Excellent PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat skills • Proficiency with Mac, PC, and the Google products suite • Experience with video editing software (i.e., Adobe Premiere) • Experience with digital accessibility (i.e., WCAG 2.0 media guidelines) • Sound technical skills, including the ability to demonstrate problem-solving expertise in the online classroom • Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment with high levels of attention to detail
