Description
• The Operations Analyst supports the Operations Department researching lodging pricing and travel costs. • Prepares financial documentation for monthly invoicing and organizes supporting documents. • Requires strong communication and critical thinking skills for prioritizing multiple tasks. • Preference for candidates with a financial analyst or accounting background. • Role is fully remote, with operational needs including overnight U.S. shifts for OCONUS contracts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; experience in lieu of degree will be considered • Proven ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines and stressful situations • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate MS Excel skills • Prior experience organizing and communicating using MS Teams is preferred • Must be fluent in English • Must have access to high-speed, reliable, and secure internet service with a minimum of 4 Mbps for upload and download • Preference for applicants in the Western European Time Zone (UTC+01:00) to the Bangladesh Time Zone (UTC+06:00) due to support hours being from 12am-8am U.S. Eastern Time • Strong communication, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and prioritization skill required
