📋 Description

• At Continuum Global Solutions, our vision is to be the leader in customer experience by connecting the right people with innovative solutions to deliver outstanding results. • We will empower and support our employees to reach unimaginable heights while growing our business to make a global impact. • Our can-do culture works together to make the ordinary exceptional. • We are hiring a Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Applications Programming who will support the payroll on-prem application using SAP in conjunction with our HRIT Functional team and HR Payroll team. • Build and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central payroll on-prem to integrate with ADP including but not limited to custom programs and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (or foreign degree equivalent) • 5 years of full lifecycle SAP implementation experience including experience with SAP Integration and ASAP methodology • 5 years experience with SuccessFactors BTP • 5 years experience with Hana Cloud Platform • 5 years experience as moderator of BSI tax profile factory • 5 years experience with reporting, replications and configuration • 5 years experience building and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central payroll on-prem to integrate with ADP including but not limited to custom programs and reports • 5 years experience with ABAP design and development, including ABAP Object Oriented programming • 5 years of development experience with SAP ECC HR on-prem system • 5 years experience developing, testing and deploying interfaces for integrating ECC with different third-party systems (ADP, Active payroll, Payflex, Empower) using IDOCs, BAPI, Flat files, Proxies • 5 years experience in ODATA services, UI5, ALE/IDOCS • 5 years experience with custom Interfaces using BDBG • 5 years of experience with data Conversions using BDCs, LSMW, BAPIs, P2P, SOAP Webservices • 3 years experience in SF RCM and ONB Onboarding.
