Description

• Lead the transition to MES and digital manufacturing processes. • Collaborate with plant teams to model production processes in the MES system (order/material management, quality control, maintenance, etc.). • Act as the product owner of global Smart Factory MES projects, ensuring smooth adoption across ConvaTec sites. • Create and deliver MES training to shopfloor teams. • Work with IT and business teams to integrate MES with IoT, SCADA, and automation systems. • Oversee MES solution design, implementation, and project delivery. • Foster a culture of innovation and talent development within digital manufacturing.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Apriso, Critical Manufacturing). • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and data integration. • Product management experience, including full lifecycle management and Agile methodology. • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing global MES projects across diverse regions.
