β’ We are seeking a HR Technology Lead to drive the development and execution of our Self Service and AI strategy focused on enabling cutting edge employee self-service capabilities. β’ This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in people experience, driving innovative automation. β’ This role will also focus on creating high-quality content that can be effectively utilized by AI to enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes which will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Convera. β’ Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for self-service solutions across all HR technologies and processes. β’ Conduct user research and analysis to identify needs and pain points, translating insights into effective self-service solutions. β’ Evaluate and enhance current HR processes to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of self-service offerings. β’ Work closely with product owners within HR to develop and curate engaging, accurate, and user-friendly content tailored for AI utilization. β’ Define and implement a comprehensive AI strategy for self-service platforms that aligns with organizational goals. β’ Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate self-service and AI tools into existing systems. β’ Work closely with HR product owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on pain points and associated solutions. β’ Manage all projects as a technical project manager ensuring the necessary phases are defined and managed. β’ Develop training materials and support resources to help employees navigate self-service tools effectively. β’ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of self-service and AI initiatives. β’ Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to drive innovation in the employee experience. β’ Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HR technology and AI to drive innovation in self-service solutions.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelorβs degree; or 6 years and a Masterβs degree in HR or Computer Science. β’ Demonstrate expertise in developing effective self-service tools and content for HR environments. β’ Demonstrate both technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow knowledge base management amongst industry leading HR Technologies. β’ Proven experience in developing and executing AI strategies within HR or similar environments. β’ Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with a passion for improving employee engagement. β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with diverse teams.
