Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in HR/People program management with a focus on enhancing employee experience • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams, consistently delivering impact through seamless communication and influencing teams to achieve goals • Strong skills in Project, Program and Change Management • Highly collaborative, empathic, influential and accountable personality capable of navigating and building relationships across global matrixed organizations to achieve goals • Ability to understand the big picture and “connect the dots” • Comfortable navigating ambiguous circumstances • Willing to accept feedback and willing to iterate to improve process or products • Ability to manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a demonstrated track record of creating impactful content • Excellent verbal communication, especially with visual presentations and recorded media delivery • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities • Excellent active listening and creative problem-solving skills • Passionate about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and providing recommendations on suggested approaches
