• Responsible for the HR operation execution in Canada, including full employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, termination, transfer • Make sure the timeliness and accuracy of HR services, and continuously improve service levels and employee experience • Be the point of contact for HR 3rd party service providers, and continuously monitor and manage service provided • Responsible for local HR operation process and execution
• Understand the relevant HR policies in Canada • Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve employee experiences • Optimize HR work practices and put forward reasonable suggestions through relevant benchmarking research or data analysis
