• The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and training of AroFlo suite of products to new and existing clients through consistent and effective training methods. • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and priorities • Document and map existing customer workflows to future product aligned workflows • Provide guidance as a subject matter expert on the best practice adoption of Simpro Group’s solutions • Coach customers on change management principles and how to best adopt solutions in their business • Facilitate training and consultation sessions using a combination of online or face-to-face (travel required) formats • Ensure customers ‘Go Live’ and successfully adopt our products - this may include additional post-implementation training • Works on diverse problems where analysis of information requires evaluation of a range of factors • Adapts style to different audiences and often advises others on difficult matters • Maintain proficient knowledge of the Group’s products • Leverages substantial business acumen and industry insights to provide a high level of customer service and consult effectively with customers
• Excellent training delivery skills, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs. • Experience in implementing software systems. • Understanding of business processes and workflows. • A professional and consultative approach. • The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes. • Confidence to adapt and learn new programs, and systems. • Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks. • Knowledge of or experience in the trades.
