📋 Description

• The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and training of Simpro Group suite of products to new and existing clients through consistent and effective training methods. • You will optimise the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including utilisation of our CRM (Salesforce) through the process to ensure communication is documented. • Engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on customer needs. • Providing onsite and online training on our Simpro Group suite of products as they align with customer needs. • Conducting post-implementations reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent training delivery skills, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs. • Experience in implementing software systems. • Understanding of business processes and workflows. • A professional and consultative approach. • The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes. • Confidence to adapt and learn new programs, and systems. • Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks. • Knowledge of or experience in the trades.
