📋 Description
• COOP Careers is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the position of Program Operations Consultant. • This contracted role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission of overcoming underemployment through digital skills and peer connections. • The selected contractor will work closely with our Director of Program Operations to provide day-to-day operations support. • The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that our program executes with high efficiency and effectiveness. • Scope of work includes managing various coursework certificates, monitoring participant enrollment, collaborating with teams, and quality assurance support.
