📋 Description
• Provide clear guidance on architectural patterns (VIPER, RIBs, or similar) to ensure scalability, maintainability, and code quality. • Champion the T-shaped approach: deep iOS/Android expertise paired with active involvement in another platform topics. • Drive adoption of continuous integration, automated testing, and monitoring to deliver robust mobile solutions. • Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to define, design, and implement new features. • Conduct code reviews, ensure clear documentation, and take part in organising sprint planning. • Engage with other teams, share insights, and align development processes for consistency.
🎯 Requirements
• Mobile Expertise: 5+ years building commercial mobile apps in Swift or Kotlin, with apps submitted to both App Store and Google Play. • Experience integrating and developing APIs on GraphQL, handling data persistence and managing backward compatibility. • Some exposure to or a strong desire to learn and apply cross-platform techniques (SwiftUI & Jetpack Compose knowledge a plus). • Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to mentor developers, set technical direction, and maintain high engineering standards. • Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and feedback. • Process-Oriented: Willingness to experiment with AI-driven tools or new libraries to optimise workflows. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability tools to ensure stability and resilience.
