Description

• Primarily responsible for interacting with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions • Conduct day-to-day support • Responsible for key projects, monitoring of servers, and providing user support • Supports Hyperion, GetPaid, Fast Path, Prisma, and other applications • Administration of servers, databases & applications including upgrades, backup, and recovery • Daily monitoring of the application for performance and integrity • Works with Oracle support team or software vendor as needed to resolve application issues • Supports application/users by understanding data, business processes, and workflow • Proactively researches technology trends of the product • Develops PowerShell scripts to automate redundant manual processes • Communicates with end users on issues and scheduled maintenance • Documents processes and stores them in the team’s SharePoint site • Works with the IT Enterprise Architecture group to define and manage the infrastructure for the enterprise applications • Participates in various IT projects to improve and upgrade the infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in IT industry • At least 3 years of experience administering and supporting web-based applications in a multi-tier environment (preferably Hyperion) • At least 2 years of experience in Windows Server • At least 1 year of experience in using SQL Server • Must have trouble shooting and support background • Must have an experience in working with a team • Analytical Thinking • Excellent customer service skills • Good written and verbal communication • Dedicated and hardworking who enjoys working at night
