• Lead development, implementation, and optimization of Workday environment • Ensure platform enhances operational efficiency • Act as bridge between HR, IT, and the business • Utilize best practices to prioritize Workday features • Oversee ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules • Lead governance process and product road mapping exercises • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions and processes

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, IT or related field • 5 years of HR experience or combined equivalent • Proven experience as an HCM Product Owner • Ability to lead cross-functional teams • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM • Ability to understand business priorities • Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation • Ability to prioritize workload • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
