• Outreach and Engagement: Proactively communicate with prospective students via phone, text, and email to provide timely information about programs, admissions processes, and deadlines. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, offering guidance on financial aid, scholarships, and affordability options to ensure a personalized admissions experience. • Conversion Strategy: Execute targeted communication campaigns to improve conversion rates at each stage of the admissions funnel, including applicant to admit, admit to deposit, and deposit to enrolled student. • Application Support: Assist students in completing applications, submitting required documents, and navigating the admissions process. • Process Development: Build and implement efficient enrollment processes and procedures to optimize student recruitment and engagement. • Technology Integration: Identify and recommend new technologies, platforms, and systems to streamline and enhance the enrollment process. • Data Management: Analyze enrollment trends and data to improve recruitment strategies and meet enrollment targets while maintaining accurate records of all interactions with prospective students using CRM systems. • Collaboration: Work closely with college administrators and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students, aligning strategies and sharing insights based on data and performance metrics. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and maintain regular communication with prospective students, ensuring a personalized and positive experience. • Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online enrollment and student recruitment, participating in virtual recruitment events, webinars, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field, preferably with a focus on online enrollments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools and enrollment technologies. • Proven track record of developing and improving processes to increase enrollment efficiency. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with financial aid processes and affordability strategies is a plus.
