• Supervises a dedicated team of MFLC counselors • Works directly with Installation POCs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and issue resolution • Monitors and assures MFLC service delivery per contract requirements • Mentors MFLCs to optimize performance • Responsible for ensuring MFLCs compliance with government, corporate, and professional licensing/certification training requirements • Provides face-to-face confidential NMC and NMC outreach services and supports Rotational MFLCs, On-demand MFLCs, and Surge MFLCs.

Requirements

• MUST have a minimum of Three (3) years post-license management or supervisory responsibilities in a clinical-type setting. • The candidate MUST hold a valid independent license in the mental health field from any US state or territory (LCSW, MHC, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist). • MUST hold a Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling. • Willing to meet the local requirements for in-person installation visits without adding program cost. • Ability to understand, apply, and maintain professional standards • Proven leadership skills and ability. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Highly developed written, oral, and presentation communication skills. • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
