β€’ Serve as Project Lead for online degree programs, collaborating with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery. β€’ Implement Lead Generation Strategies across multiple channels, including paid and organic SEM, email marketing, and other digital platforms to drive enrollment and engagement. β€’ Develop and Maintain Marketing Calendars for various online degree program affiliates, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines and objectives. β€’ Conduct Market Research to analyze target audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends, providing insights to inform marketing strategies. β€’ Oversee Content Accuracy and Consistency, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines, messaging objectives, and quality standards. β€’ Manage Paid Media Campaigns by coordinating with internal and external delivery teams to optimize performance and achieve strategic goals. β€’ Facilitate Affiliate Communication by organizing and maintaining regular meetings, updates, and collaboration with Core’s online degree program partners. β€’ Support New Program Launches, including website and landing page development, target audience research, positioning and messaging strategy, media planning, KPI definition, and ongoing optimization efforts. β€’ Collaborate with the Marketing Associate for Online Certificate Programs to leverage strengths, skills, and best practices across the marketing team, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. β€’ 2-3 years of experience in marketing (experience in higher education a plus). β€’ Experience with digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, mobile, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing. β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. β€’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
