Requirements

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken (level C1-C2) • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (level B1+) • Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Empathic with a customer-centric approach. • Open to feedback and eager to learn. • Resilient, calm, and professional in challenging situations.
