📋 Description
• As a Liens Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving medical and insurance liens. • Handling lien negotiations, managing administrative duties, and supporting clients effectively to enhance their legal outcomes. • Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records specifically related to lien claims. • Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. • Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters. • Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens. • Maintain thorough communication with all stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives. • Perform essential administrative tasks to support case management and ensure the smooth operation of the liens team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field. • Relevant professional experience in lien negotiation, preferably within the U.S. legal system, with a focus on personal injury cases. • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to legal and procedural details. • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and capable of quickly adapting to new software.
