📋 Description
• We’re looking for a proactive and organized Legal Talent Manager based in the Philippines to help us identify, screen, and manage top-tier legal support professionals for our U.S. clients. • This is not a traditional HR role — you’ll be working with independent contractors and ensuring their successful placement and performance on legal support teams. • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential, as you’ll be conducting interviews, writing evaluations, and speaking with U.S. clients and contractors daily. • This role also requires hands-on team coordination and performance oversight, including follow-ups and corrective action when needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally in a BPO, legal staffing, or outsourcing environment. • Experience managing or supervising remote contractors or teams, including performance follow-up and accountability. • Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury law firms and the roles they hire for (preferred). • Must have strong English proficiency. • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable working on Pacific Time hours. • All candidates are required to complete an English and critical thinking assessment.
