📋 Description

• The Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for allocating the appropriate technical resources to specific client engagements that do not fit into a scoped project model. • This includes prompt support for clients calling with immediate response issues such as a system down. • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences is a must, as is the capability to properly prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communication, Computer Science or related field. • 7 + years of equivalent work experience required, as an established project manager. • Solid understanding of various methodologies & frameworks (PMBOK, Traditional, Agile, SCRUM). • Experience with Agile projects. • Strong experience in budget development and management techniques. • Highly effective oral and written communication and organization skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and associates at all levels of the organization. • Ability to translate and work between traditional and modern frameworks while recommending the best approaches for the client • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team of professionals. • Ability to balance one or multiple projects while remaining focused on the needs of the clients and project team members. • Ability to be flexible on type of assignment (industry, framework, team size, scope, length of assignment, and location). • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business contexts.
