Description

• As a Service Now Lead, responsible for design, maintenance, and development of new features. • Deep understanding of ITSM capabilities and processes. • Background in implementing technology to support ITIL frameworks. • ServiceNow technical acumen and experience. • Serve as an internal escalation point for leadership and peers. • Hands-on role with expectations of day-to-day involvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development, Implementation and Integration • 5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM • Experience successfully carrying out end to end implementation of IT solutions and support. • Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation level, ideally higher • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS • Working with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing business needs and defining the integration requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and communicate well with clients • Ability to develop rapport with internal technical staff and leadership, excellent interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills • Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solution • Working knowledge of Service Now in an MSP environment • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
