Description

β€’ CoreSphere, LLC is hiring a Salesforce Technical Recruiter to assist with the recruitment of a superior workforce in the Information Technology Industry within the government contracting arena. β€’ Responsible for supporting all facets of recruiting across the organization including proposal efforts. β€’ Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per their business needs. β€’ Creates and manages talent pipelines specific to industry/agency/function to acquire the best talent. β€’ Scheduling and coordinating interviews. β€’ Provide expertise on the employment market, trends, and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring. β€’ Preparing status reports and attending staffing meetings, as required on a weekly basis.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in IT industry including Salesforce professionals. β€’ Ability to adjust and respond to changing priorities. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. β€’ Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines. β€’ Demonstrated ability to keep up with market data and trends that impact recruiting efforts. β€’ Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities. β€’ Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems. β€’ Experience using an applicant tracking system
