📋 Description
• Participar en proyectos a nivel nacional e internacional • Colaborar con Delivery Managers y Project Managers • Diseñar soluciones tecnológicas • Presentar la infraestructura tecnológica de Salesforce • Dirigir sesiones de recopilación de requisitos, producir documentos de diseño • Gestionar la entrega técnica de integraciones y personalizaciones • Brindar asesoría a desarrolladores • Diseñar e implementar el proceso de desarrollo y lanzamiento • Gestionar la ejecución de planes de prueba • Realizar talleres de arquitectura y técnicos • Apoyar a los equipos de ventas en solicitudes RFP, RFI, RFQ • Participar en capacitación y certificación correspondiente
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura/Ingeniería en informática, computación, cibernética, matemáticas aplicadas o carrera afín • Amplio conocimiento y experiencia en Salesforce, incluyendo Sales Cloud, Service Cloud y Marketing Cloud • Experiencia en desarrollo avanzado en Salesforce, utilizando Apex, Visualforce y Lightning Components • Experiencia en estrategias y herramientas de integración, así como en migraciones de datos • Experiencia en integraciones multiplataforma y patrones con tecnologías como: SOAP, REST, OAuth, ESB's, BUS's • Conocimiento profundo del esquema de seguridad SFDC • Familiaridad con las prácticas de la industria para diseñar soluciones Salesforce • Gestión de proyectos, especialmente en soluciones Salesforce complejas • Capacidad para proporcionar liderazgo técnico • Habilidad para diseñar soluciones técnicas efectivas • Colaborar con stakeholders clave y identificar riesgos técnicos • Certificaciones deseables: Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Administrator, y otras
