Description

•Lead the development of AI strategies and roadmaps, aligning technology solutions with business goals and objectives. •Design and architect advanced AI solutions, integrating multiple AI technologies to meet complex project requirements and drive innovation. •Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in AI solution development and deployment. •Oversee the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow. •Design and implement data architectures that support AI solutions, leveraging advanced database systems and ensuring data quality and security. •Partner with Project Managers to manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. •Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization. •Collaborate with peers to architect and implement AI solutions that meet defined customer business objectives. •Assist with the development or improvement of deployment solution architecture and standards.

Requirements

•At least 7 years of experience in a technical environment (Azure preferred), with a minimum of 3 years in AI solution development and architecture. •Expertise in AI technologies, including Azure AI Services and OpenAI models. •Strong skills in Python or C# programming, with experience in designing and implementing Data and AI solutions. •Advanced knowledge of data management concepts, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lakes. •Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI, SQL Server and Databricks. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative AI solutions. •Familiarity with Azure Data Estate, including SQL DB, Cosmos DB, and Data Lake. •Experience with advanced AI development tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. •Knowledge of Azure ML and Prompt Flow is a plus. •Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
