📋 Description
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders for successful program delivery. • Ensure adherence to contractual processes and maintain strong client relationships. • Design and develop technical documentation. • Monitor user feedback for documentation improvements. • Develop e-Learning courses using various authoring tools. • Provide feedback on scheduling and staffing. • Review scripts and prepare training courses. • Offer voiceover and audio enhancement services. • Use storyboarding and prototyping techniques for client understanding. • Create assessments for knowledge measurement. • Maintain Section 508 compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related education training and development discipline, or related field is required. • Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. • Experience developing and delivering virtual learning/training and technology-based tools. • Possess basic project management skills. • Possess effective communications skills. • Possesses strong experience in adult learning and training required as well as expertise in developing asynchronous learning courses. • Possess analytical skills to evaluate training programs, methods, and materials and choose those that best fit each situation. • Intellectual Property experience greatly preferred.
