Requirements
• University Degree in a relevant technical field; combination of experience and education may be substituted • 10+ years of technical experience and 5 years of management experience in a Software Quality Assurance capacity for Enterprise SaaS with multiple concurrent products • Proven leader with direct knowledge of QA methodologies, software test practices, and test automation • Must possess excellent communication skills for liaising and communicating with vendors, customers, and internal departments • Solid knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecyle and Agile methodologies • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments and key business partners • Strong problem identification and resolution skills • Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills (direct and indirect) • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker
