Requirements

• 2 - 5 years experience in a technical writing role or equivalent, ideally in the software industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team • Intermediate-level experience using one of the industry-standard desktop publishing tools (FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, etc.) • Expert-level use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Experience using Jira project management software, Confluence, and SharePoint preferred, but not required • Experience using an online documentation authoring platform such as ClickHelp or Knowledge Owl preferred, but not required
