• Responsible for the supervision of operational tasks and processes as assigned • Provide leadership to team members based in multiple locations • Interfaces directly with clients, outsource partners and suppliers • Responsible for recommending operational processes and policies • Delivers effective professional communication amongst internal and external teams • Provides project-specific training during onboarding

Requirements

• 2+ years Revenue Cycle, AR experience • Experience with Meditech Expanse and/or Meditech Magic strongly preferred • Experience with system implementation/conversion strongly preferred • Leadership experience • 2+ years of experience working in revenue cycle operations environment exceeding expected performance levels. • 1+ years leadership experience • Experience in MS Office products. • Proven knowledge and compliance with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements.
