β’ Previous experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success roles with commercial responsibility for renewals and growth β’ Fluent in French β’ Experience in roles requiring frequent customer facing and interaction β’ Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets β’ Experience working in technology or SaaS companies, preferably in the IP space β’ Strong research, problem-solving and analytical skills β’ Ability to create clear messaging to articulate and promote the business use cases of new technology β’ Experience delivering business cases, account plans, and regular business reviews β’ Able to collaborate with cross functional teams β’ Demonstrable knowledge of procurement, contract process and negotiation β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills β’ MEDPICC or other sales methodology training preferred β’ Willingness to travel about 25%
