📋 Description

• Analyze business performance, providing actionable insights into cost trends, risks, and opportunities. • Partner closely with the Technology and Brand Protection functions to drive financial planning and analysis. • Lead the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, with an emphasis on expense management and cost efficiency. • Develop and monitor key financial metrics to support business decisions and improve operational performance. • Champion continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of reporting and analysis. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, ensuring finance is seen as a value-added partner. • Manage, coach, and develop one FP&A team member, providing guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables and fostering professional growth. • Support the VP of FP&A with special projects as required, ensuring timely delivery of critical initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (essential). • Professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable. • Proven experience in FP&A, with a strong track record in a leadership or senior advisory role. • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP systems, BI tools). • Strong business partnering capabilities, with experience working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
