📋 Description

•Coterie is an insurtech startup that harnesses data and API technology to meet small business’ insurance needs like never before. •Assist in building technical and business requirements for insurance products. •Collaborate with various teams to ensure features are built with integrity, speed, and simplicity. •Produce business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features. •Evaluate existing business processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations. •Collaborate with developers on functionality options and required efforts. •Lead system development lifecycles and provide support to existing applications. •Responsible for sprint release notes and stakeholder notifications. •Set up evaluations to provide business impact reports for new releases.

🎯 Requirements

•B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent •Minimum of 7+ years’ experience Business Analyst roles supporting product owners •Able to comprehend, express, and document technical details into user stories •Ability to support multi-tiered applications, creating user stories and gathering requirements •Passionate about creating clear, concise documentation for product and engineering teams •Understanding and experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodology •Working knowledge of JIRA, API, Postman, Azure •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
