Description

•Function as the technical lead and product expert through the sales cycle •Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing clients to gather business and technology requirements •Demonstrate the value of Cleo solutions through presentations and demonstrations on-site and via Zoom •Assess, scope, and complete proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate the value of Cleo’s solutions in a customer environment •Respond to technical questions received by RFI/RFPs in an accurate and timely fashion

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Communications, or related, or equivalent relevant experience •5+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles such as support or services •Experience with cloud or on-premises integration software •Knowledge of B2B or EDI-based integration
