This position will report into our Finance department.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a corporate Travel Manager role with expertise in managing a global travel program for a company of similar size and structure as Coupa. • Project management and travel program knowledge with the ability to work independently but also collaborate with peers • Bachelor’s Degree or similar • 3+ years’ experience in a travel manager role, Proven experience as corporate travel manager • Travel industry knowledge and experience, including use of TMC / booking tools • Working knowledge of MS Office, OTBs and GDS solutions • Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills • Ability to collaborate with all types of people and build relationships throughout the company • Ability to work cross functionally with other departments and teams to create a best-in- class travel program • Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight time-frames in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and dedication ensuring success for employees • Tech savvy – ability to learn how to use new Coupa Travel booking tool and other platforms • A ‘can do’ attitude to work that needs to get done as part of a high-growth company • Driven individual with a high degree of personal organization and a strong passion to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Fluent in English (minimum C level) and Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
