• Recruit, hire, grow, and retain outbound Inside Sales Representatives • Own growth strategies for the ISR segment • Design and execute growth plan • Create vision for long term pipeline generation • Foster a performance-driven culture • Train ISRs on questioning techniques and objection handling • Maintain weekly 1:1s with ISRs • Develop and manage reports in Salesforce.com • Work with sales team on campaigns with clear metrics • Report results to Sales Leadership team • Bring perspective to the team • Direct support by Area Vice President MM
• Bachelor’s degree required • Inside Sales/Account Development team management experience • Solution selling environment experience • Salesforce.com experience required • Experience in building prospecting campaigns • Experience selling enterprise cloud applications • Leadership skills
