Description
• Lead the development and management of onboarding programs. • Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all new employees. • Collaborate with leaders to create tailored onboarding plans. • Monitor onboarding metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. • Serve as the primary point of contact for new remote employees. • Create and manage onboarding materials, and establish buddy programs.
Requirements
• Proven experience in program/project management; onboarding and employee development initiatives a plus. • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, time management, and organization. • Ability to facilitate onboarding/orientation sessions and other people programs. • Strong project management skills with a focus on optimizing program success.
