Description
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs. • Utilize various channels to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications. • Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates. • Promote Covetrus as an employer of choice through various platforms. • Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials. • Manage entire recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling. • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and maintain accurate candidate information.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on CEE locations. • Fluency in 2 languages for the region (Czech, Polish, Romanian) as well as fluency in English • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods. • Familiarity with Workday System and other recruitment software. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in CEE.
