Description

β€’ Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs. β€’ Utilize various channels to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. β€’ Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications. β€’ Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates. β€’ Promote Covetrus as an employer of choice through various platforms. β€’ Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials. β€’ Manage entire recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling. β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and maintain accurate candidate information.

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on CEE locations. β€’ Fluency in 2 languages for the region (Czech, Polish, Romanian) as well as fluency in English β€’ In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods. β€’ Familiarity with Workday System and other recruitment software. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in CEE.
