Description

β€’ Outbound sales calls (expectation is 60+ calls daily). β€’ Follow up on leads generated through marketing activity. β€’ Develop prospects into candidates by effectively communicating the value proposition tailored to their needs. β€’ Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts and determining organization's decision making/buying process. β€’ Identifying high potential prospects and transition qualified leads to sales executives for further follow up. β€’ Effectively utilize lead qualification process as well as document sales information in the CRM system. β€’ Maintain weekly reports for management on customer communication progress. β€’ Work under general supervision, but a high degree of initiative and creativity are required and encouraged.

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of proven inside sales or phone support/sales experience β€’ Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas β€’ Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong time management skills β€’ Superior written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills β€’ Experience with CRM Software preferred (HubSpot)
