β€’ Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via telephone, email, webinar and messaging solutions. β€’ Oversee all aspects of onboarding of assigned house accounts β€’ Capable of setting up and maintaining new or former customer accounts in CRM β€’ Able to train partner to use direct integrations β€’ Evaluates prospect needs and suggests service solutions

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent work β€’ Preferred Associates Degree or higher β€’ Minimum of 1 year experience in related Business Services role or similar field β€’ Previous Technical experience in computer software training
