📋 Description
• Join our team as a Solutions Architect! • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. • Collaborate with engineering manager to design scalable, secure systems. • Work with product team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Contribute to coding efforts, especially for back-end systems. • Lead the design and provisioning of cloud infrastructure (AWS). • Partner with engineering and DevOps teams, providing technical direction and mentoring.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep knowledge of insurance processes (policy lifecycle, distribution, agency management system, policy admin systems) • 10+ years in system architecture and software development • Strong hands-on coding experience in Java/Spring, Python, Go, and AWS technologies • Expertise in microservices, API development, and cloud infrastructure • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience with Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and utilizing its API and platform services (huge Plus) • Proficiency in deploying and managing AmazonConnect for cloud-based contact centers, integrating Pinpoint for customer engagement, and leveraging AWS Machine Learning services, e.g., SageMaker (huge Plus)
