Description

• Responsible for delivering high-impact, educational and consulting content both onsite and through virtual training sessions to dealer clients. • Keep up to date with automotive trends and assist with special projects and team training as needed. • Effectively communicate training and project status and complete required daily and weekly paperwork. • Demonstrate high proficiency training on all products in domain. • Troubleshoot questions and issues of domain products to meet individual customer’s needs.

Requirements

• Minimum Automotive/Dealership experience required. • Experience with Fixed Ops (Parts/Service) required. • BS/BA with 2 years’ related work experience, OR MS and up to 2 years’ related work experience OR 6 years’ related work experience with no degree. • Exceptional listening skills, ability to problem solve, and patience with customers of all skill levels. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. • Comfortable with extensive weekly and overnight travel.
