Description

• Responsible for external client and revenue retention • Build upgrade/harvest revenue opportunities • Retain clients through virtual and onsite engagements • Work with ‘at risk’ clients using consultative strategies • Monitor and analyze account performance and trends • Improve existing processes & systems during client engagements • Conduct analysis to make recommendations to clients • Collaborate with other Performance Managers for a seamless client experience • Attend vendor events and complete internal tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline • 4 years’ experience in a related field • 1+ years experience in a Dealer.com Performance Management capacity preferred • 4+ years experience in a retail automotive dealership setting preferred • 4+ years managing digital marketing strategies for a single rooftop or dealer group preferred • Proficient in Microsoft suite of technologies and screen share technologies
