Description

• Take full entrepreneurial ownership of your region and work across industries. • Find and close new business while maintaining relationships with current clients. • Ensure strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and account growth. • Foster productive working relationships with customers and identify business opportunities. • Maintain client relationships with support, information, and guidance. • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepare and deliver customer reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and four years of experience in a related field required. • Different combinations of education and experience may qualify (master’s or Ph.D. with less experience). • Valid driver’s license required; safe drivers needed. • Ability to travel within the region and be in the field 4 days/week preferred. • Trucking/fleet sales experience, full-cycle direct B2B sales experience preferred. • Strong self-discipline and ability to manage a large book of business autonomously. • Computer competency with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce required. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
