Description

• The Strategic Data Science Lead will drive innovative initiatives and strategic planning through data-driven approaches. • Identify and address data gaps essential for supporting go-to-market strategies. • Gather customer and market data from diverse sources and facilitate comprehensive analysis. • Conduct competitive landscape analyses to identify industry trends and perform exploratory data analysis. • Generate a list of innovative ideas and build robust business cases based on data insights. • Develop AI/ML models and collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives. • Conduct financial and risk analyses for proposed strategic initiatives and gather insights for growth opportunities. • Engage with key stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and create implementation plans.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. • Strong knowledge of AI/ML implementation and technical expertise. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with teams. • Experience working with AWS services and tools. • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields. • Fluency in a general programming language, e.g., Python. • Ability to build and implement a variety of common supervised and unsupervised models. • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning.
