📋 Description

• Cozzini, LLC., a leader in food processing equipment, seeks an experienced Field Service Technician. • Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. • Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Strong background in electro-mechanical systems desired. • Communicate effectively with customers for top-notch service and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of field service experience, preferably within the meat industry. • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. • Familiarity with PLC systems and control panels. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical users. • Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively while on-site. • Ability to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice, and provide after-hours support as needed. • Valid driver’s license required. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
