Description

• Manage long-term partnerships with key customers • Identify and pursue new opportunities • Contribute to the profitability of CPM Century Extrusion • Assertively pursue new customers and opportunities for CPM’s extrusion replacement spare parts and CX Extrusion services • Deliver excellent customer service to maximize sales and profitability • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to support company growth and investment strategies • Actively participate in company sales meetings • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, expense reports, budgets, projections, and action agendas

Requirements

• Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities • Strong understanding of industry theories and practices, particularly in chemistry and engineering • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Industrial Sales Experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the aftermarket segment (Extrusion) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
